Join us for a writing based workshop. Each session will have a freestyle writing warm up helping you to find your writing voice. From given starting points we will offer ways in to writing, eliminating the intimidation of the blank page. You will write in groups and as individuals to broaden your writing horizons. This term we will be looking to create offerings for OPTS WINTER OPEN MIC.
In the final session of this term we will be going to see Prototype - an evening of new writing curated by Alex Coke and award winning playwright Mike Bartlett.

We use extracts of text each week to inspire games, exercises and improvisation, exploring universal themes and connecting with them in small group and pair work.
